The Trader Counsel™ provides educational and informational content only. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Consultations are educational sessions and do not create an attorney-client relationship unless separately and formally established.
No Attorney-Client Relationship
Use of this platform, booking a consultation, or interacting with content does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship. Any formal representation requires a separate written engagement agreement.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting service, or using content for unlawful purposes. Educational content may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.
Consultations and Membership
Consultation fees and membership pricing are displayed on the Pricing page. Sessions are educational in nature. Cancellation and refund policies apply as described at the time of booking.
Limitation of Liability
The Trader Counsel™ and its content providers are not liable for any damages arising from the use of educational content or reliance on information provided. You use the platform at your own risk.
